3b.   List of Unacceptable Foods and Ingredients on the GFCF Diet


NO: most cereals, oatmeal, macaroni and cheese, wheat, durum or spelt pasta.  even "artichoke" and other pasta is wheat pasta with some veggies thrown in.  normal hotdogs and sausage and lunch meats, normal breads, muffins, waffles, pancakes, etc. oats. soy (optional.  I've stopped it).  MSG.  preservatives and artificial colors.  sucralose.  some people also need to avoid eggs and corn.
